Terms and Conditions of 123jav — Clear Rules for a Worry-Free Experience

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the 123jav platform, including all its Sports Betting, live betting, online casino, live casino, slots, poker, and jackpot sections. 123jav is operated by a company duly licensed to provide online betting and gambling services.

Registration by minors

Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be immediately closed, and any existing balance will be held until the situation is resolved in accordance with applicable legal procedures.

You are solely responsible for keeping your 123jav login credentials — username, password, and two-factor authentication if enabled — secure and confidential. Sharing credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited and remains the exclusive responsibility of the account holder.

123jav recommends creating a strong password (at least 8 characters, combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters) and enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account security settings. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify support via chat.

123jav is not liable for financial losses resulting from the user's voluntary or negligent sharing of credentials. Any transaction carried out using the correct credentials will be considered legitimate unless the user can demonstrate unauthorized access and takes the immediate security measures required by the platform.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

123jav follows mandatory KYC procedures in line with anti-money laundering regulations. • TED transfers: available for amounts above R$ 10,000.00, processed within 1 business day via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other partner banks.
• 123jav does not charge any fees on withdrawals, regardless of the method used.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 30.00 per request.
• Withdrawals with pending bonuses may be subject to rollover completion before processing.

123jav may require full identity verification before processing a first withdrawal or when the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds established thresholds. This is standard industry practice and is designed to protect users against fraud.

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, 123jav may suspend withdrawal processing while conducting an internal investigation. The user will be notified and given the opportunity to provide clarification within the stipulated timeframe.

123jav offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including a welcome bonus for new members, weekly reloads, cashback, and special promotions tied to key events in the Brazilian sports calendar such as the Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores.

General bonus rules

• Each promotion has specific terms published on the offer page — the rollover requirement, eligible markets, expiration deadline, and minimum odds are defined on a case-by-case basis.
• The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 30x the bonus amount in Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.80 or on participating slots.
• Bonuses not converted into real balance within 30 calendar days of being credited are automatically cancelled.
• Voided bets, bets closed via early cash out, and bets on canceled markets do not count toward the rollover requirement.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the real balance resulting from completing the rollover requirement is eligible for withdrawal.
• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of any bonuses involved.

123jav reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with prior notice whenever possible. Bonus abuse — placing bets on low-risk outcomes solely to meet rollover requirements without real market exposure, or using bots or automated strategies — may result in the cancellation of bonuses and a review of associated withdrawals.

Bets placed on 123jav are governed by the sport- and market-specific rules available in the platform's help section. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and the specific rules of a given sport, the sport-specific rules will prevail.

Pre-match betting

Pre-match bets are accepted up until the official start of the event. A bet confirmed on the platform is binding — the odds in effect at the time of confirmation are the odds applied, regardless of any subsequent changes. 123jav does not cancel confirmed bets at a user's request, except in the cases provided for in these rules.

Live betting (in-play)

Live bets are accepted while the market is open during the event. 123jav may temporarily suspend markets at critical moments in a game (penalties, corner kicks in progress, goals, active rounds in MMA) to recalibrate odds. Live bets submitted during a temporary suspension period may be rejected by the system.

Cancelled and postponed events

• If an event is cancelled before it starts, all pre-match bets are voided and the amounts returned to the account balance.
• Postponed events: bets are kept active if the event takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time. Beyond that window, bets are voided and stakes are returned.
• Events interrupted after they begin: for football, if fewer than 45 minutes were played, all bets are voided. If 45 minutes or more were completed, results up to the point of interruption are used to settle bets whose outcomes had already been determined.
• Live bets where the result was already determined before the interruption are settled normally.

Cash out

The cash out feature lets you settle a bet before the final result. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and the original potential return. 123jav reserves the right to suspend cash out during critical moments of an event or if any irregularity is suspected. Once accepted by the system, a cash out is final and cannot be reversed.

Casino betting limits

• The rake at cash tables is 5% of the pot, with a maximum cap per hand determined by stake level — see the full details in the rake table available on the platform.
• Guaranteed tournaments: if the number of entries does not reach the minimum guaranteed prize pool, 123jav covers the difference (overlay). Tournaments with a published guarantee are never canceled due to insufficient entries.
• Collusion between players (coordinating strategies or sharing information during play) is strictly prohibited and results in a permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances.
• The use of real-time assistance software (bots, HUDs fed by real-time scraped data) is prohibited at 123jav tables.
• Disconnection during a hand: the user enters "disconnection all-in" status, protecting the main pot already formed. No additional chips can be wagered until reconnection.

123jav uses automated systems to detect collusion and irregular play. Accounts under suspicion may be preventively suspended while an investigation is underway, with the user notified and given a timeframe to provide clarification.

Use of the 123jav platform presupposes good faith. The following conduct, among others, is strictly prohibited:

If any prohibited conduct is identified, 123jav reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take one or more of the following actions: temporary account suspension, permanent closure, cancellation of bonuses, withholding and/or confiscation of balances obtained irregularly, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable.

You can request voluntary closure of your 123jav account at any time through the support chat. Before closure, any open bets will be settled according to their results and any available real balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the rules in this section.

123jav may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following cases: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or unlawful conduct, request from a competent legal authority, or as a protective measure when there is reason to believe a user may have a problem with compulsive gambling and the user has requested self-exclusion.

Accounts inactive for more than 24 consecutive months may be subject to a closure notice. 123jav will attempt to notify the account holder at the registered email address before taking any action. Balances in accounts closed due to inactivity are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Under no circumstances shall 123jav's total liability for a user's direct losses arising from duly proven platform failures exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the event causing the damage.

123jav may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in applicable law, new products and services, industry best practices, or operational adjustments. Any material change will be communicated to users by email (to the address registered on the account) and/or via a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 calendar days in advance.

Immediate changes — without a notice period — may be necessary in cases of legal requirement, urgent security measures, or active fraud prevention. In such cases, 123jav will take all reasonable steps to protect the interests of affected users.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes implicit acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must request account closure before the effective date, and your available balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the rules then in force.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the service under 123jav's licensing jurisdiction. For Brazilian users, the interpretation of these Terms observes the general principles of the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990) and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018) as they relate to the processing of personal data.
